REGISTRATION FEES
The EARLY BIRD registration fee is $530 (available until September 25, 2026)
Meeting registration is $560 (available until October 25, 2026)
On-Site registration is $600.

PNWARS has been extended a group rate of $308 per night.
The hotel reservation link will be sent to you after you submit your meeting registration.
The room block is available until September 21, 2026 or the block is full.
NETWORKING EVENT
On Monday, October 26, we will have a special offsite networking event in Seattle. The cost will be $150 and will benefit the PNWARS Scholarship Fund.

VENDOR TABLES & SPONSORSHIPS
Once again, the PNWARS meeting will offer companies a terrific way to showcase your business to our PNW audience. Vendor tables will set up on Tuesday morning, October 27 and tear down on Wednesday morning, October 28. The opening reception, all coffee breaks and breakfast on Wednesday will be in the vendor room so there will be a lot of networking time!
Tables are $600 and available through the registration link above on a first come, first served basis. Registration for vendor tables is separate, and all booth personnel must be registered for the meeting.
